11. For printing smaller and thinner non-woven fabrics, the temperature of the machine's drying channel should be controlled between 50 ℃~60 ℃; generally, 60 ℃~80 ℃ is used. Currently, the size of the drying channel is 4 meters, with 9 lamps at the bottom and 24 lamps at the top, with a lamp power of 0.75KW.

After the machine has been running normally for a period of time, the power only needs to be 15-20KW, usually only 15-16KW. At the beginning of the printing process, 24KW is required, and it will jump to 15KW after half an hour to one hour of operation.
